Invitation for LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Virtual Conference – April 23, 2025
On April 23, 2025, an International Virtual Conference for the LEADERSHIP ACADEMY project will be held. The event is intended for educational leaders, school directors, and educational experts from Slovakia, Bulgaria, and the Czech Republic. During the online event, the developed products and tools will be presented:
– Тhe LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Handbook – a methodological guide for school directors focusing on actual topics in school management: effective leadership techniques, crisis management, sustainability, change management, delegation, motivation, communication, etc.
– The LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Platform – a platform with open educational resources, including electronic publications and information on leadership; examples of best practices in school management and specific cases identified within the project.
– The LEADERSHIP ACADEMY Professional Circles Methodology – a methodology for creating and conducting trainer-moderated structured activities for the professional development of school leaders.
